A Real World Examination of Fibromyalgia: Logitudinal Evaluation of Costs and Treatments
(The REFLECTIONS) Study
The purpose of this research study is to examine how subjects manage fibromyalgia and the factors that may change subjects health, such as symptom severity, use of health care services, and functioning, during study participation.
This is an observational study, which means your treatment and medical care will not change.
Your information will be collected via a telephone interviews conducted by a staff member at baseline, month 1, 3, 6, and 12.

For at least 6 weeks for the treatment of atopic dermatitis?
If Yes, Qualified participants will receive:
- 1 physical examination every year and 1 dermatological examination every other year for next 10 years
- Study participation with little or no interference in your daily activities
- Gift cards following a paper or telephone interview, conducted every 6 months

PSOLAR STUDY
A Multicenter, Open Registry of Patients with Psoriasis Who are Candidates for Systemic Therapy
Including Biologics
Men and women who are at least 18 years of age who may receive conventional systemic or biologic*
therapy for psoriasis, including those with chronic severe (extensive and/or disabling) plaque psoriasis.
(*Conventional systemic agents are defined as those typically reserved for treatmetn of extensive disease (eg. methotrexate, acitretin, cycloporine, fumarates, or systemic psoralens plus ultraviolet A light)).
Primary Objective:

To evaluate the Safety of Remicade in patients with chronic severe plaque psoriasis

To evaluate the safety of Stelara in patiens with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
Secondary Objective:
- To evaluate clinical outcomes, quality of life, and comorbidities for patients who may receive conventional systemic or biologic therapy for psoriasis
- To assess the proportion of patients exposed to Remicade who meets labeling criteria relative to the number of patients exposed, based the data collected

SEVERE CHRONIC HAND ECZEMA
That does not respond to topical therapy?
The Academy of Clinical Research is seeking males and females of 18-75 years of age with severe hand Eczema/Dermatitis refractory to topical therapy to participate in a research study on the safety and effectiveness of an oral medication.
To Qualify:
· Have confirmed diagnosis of severe chronic hand eczema refractory to topical therapy for at least
six months
· Be willing to have blood tests
· Be willing to use 2 methods of contraception
